Cheap vs Backdrop.com We Tested the $1 vs $1000 Trade Show Displays

Obviously there is no such thing as a one-dollar trade show display.

This one cost us $82 plus shipping from TEMU, and we couldn't be more excited to share with you the difference, and everything else under the sun in this new video!

Let's first talk big picture...

PRINT QUALITY

With Backdrop.com, you're getting rich blacks, deep reds, and bright whites. In the TEMU trade show display, we saw the blacks turning into purple, we noticed the reds were closer to orange, and the browns often felt like they were bleeding out. A trade show booth is not rocket science, it takes people with will that care about the output to generate high resolution fabrics and graphics.

FABRIC, STITCHING & BUILD

The first thing we immediately noticed was the touch. The fabric on the TEMU graphic felt soft, almost wet. The stitching, being the outer zipper and binding, felt rough and not at the premium level we typically see in zippers and fabric.

FRAME QUALITY: THE SILENT BRAND KILLER

Cheap aluminum is the start of the end. They bend in transit, they show up with missing pieces, they aren't marked correctly so that you can setup and tear down your trade show booth in a jiffy, and worst of all they feel flimsy and weak, often tipping over and falling at the show, which you can imagine is a monster liability!

TO CLOSE: BUY IT RIGHT, BUY IT ONCE

You know the saying, and it's never been more true than this.

With Backdrop.com, the frame is guaranteed for life.
