A trade show booth that is designed specifically to write orders will operate a bit different than a booth that is designed for demo or brand awareness. 

If you're purpose is to write actual physical orders at the show, you need to design the flow of the booth and the entire booth psychology around folks coming in, and knowing they they can write orders for an incentive, and use whatever tools necessary to help capture those sales today rather than waiting for them to go home and digest potential next steps to an order.
