We will work closely with you, or your wedding planner to first get the design layout and actual creative piece behind the idea down. From there, we print our pop up displays and portable wedding backdrops on high resolution wrinkle-free graphics, and attach them to instant-pop up frames that can be up and running in minutes. We use a heat transfer process to ensure rich colors, deep tones that will pop in your wedding photography. The edges of the graphic will attach to the backdrop with velcro, making it easy to remove, assemble or collapse at any time. Again, the wedding backdrop is a custom piece so there will never be another one like it on the planet outside of your big day.

STEP AND REPEAT WEDDING BACKDROPS

If you're unfamiliar with step & repeat backdrops, it is referring to a style of design where a logo is placed one above or below the prior, creating a step effect that repeats. This pattern is best executed with 2 or more logos. For a step & repeat wedding backdrop, we recommend using an "official wedding logo" being something uniquely designed for the couple, paired with a logo that highlights the date, or perhaps your wedding hashtag. This will then allow the various wedding logos to step, then repeat, as you build a fun sequence of custom graphics for you and your guests to enjoy in their wedding backdrop photos.

HOW QUICKLY CAN I GET MY WEDDING BACKDROP?

From the moment you upload or decide on your final graphic and give us the GO to print, the backdrop can be at your doorstep within 4-5 business days. This is our standard service, but if you need it quicker we offer rush services that can have it to you within just 24 to 48 hours. We're not saying you should wait till last minute, but we are amazing at what we do and can turn things around relatively quickly to achieve your wedding day goals. We know that efficiency is the name of the game when couples are planning their wedding, and we'll do our best to ensure it's in your hands far in advance to your wedding day. 

HOW BIG SHOULD MY WEDDING BACKDROP BE?

When it comes to weddings, space is always an issue. Where do I put my dance floor? Where should I put the cake? The wedding backdrop is just as important in terms of creating a fun and dynamic space for your guests to capture your special day. A common mistake is the lack of lighting, so be sure to either add additional LED lights to your wedding backdrop, or place the backdrop somewhere in the reception hall that is well lit and can handle the volume and foot traffic. That said, depending on your space constraints, we suggest a 10' backdrop for basic use, although an 8 foot backdrop is enough to shoot 2 people. We also offer a larger 20' ft wedding backdrop that can hold larger groups, a perfect fit in a wedding hall or entrance.

We offer pre-attached graphics, to popup frames, that are up and running in 3 minutes! Pull it out of the bag, the spring loaded aluminum frame erects and snaps into place, with graphic already attached and ready to go.
