"Everything was great except -- the lighting fixtures sent DO NOT fit with the clips on the booth back drop. The opening on the clips are much larger than the clips. I will need to return the light fixtures and I hope you can send me light fixtures that fit."

"Hard case was a great addition to our booth. It was nice to keep some items in but I do wish that it was slightly sturdier! The legs kept falling when we tried to adjust and we didn't feel like we could load heavy things on top. Otherwise great design to have everything all fit in one case!"

- Does this case fit a 20 ft pop-up display?
- Great question! This case does not fit the 20ft Perfect-Pop - Straight case as that display can only fit in a soft carrying case. The hard case can fit the 20ft QuickZip - Straight as the poles break down smaller than the Perfect-Pop series. Feel free to reach out to us at info@backdrop.com if you have any questions!
- How much weight can the hard case podium hold
- Great question. The maximum recommended weight is no more than 20 lbs, however you will need to ensure nothing is too top heavy on it. The hard case is meant to hold lightweight items like promotional items or other papers. We do not recommend displaying any monitors or laptops on it. - Hi there! Thank you so much for this question! The Hard Case Podium is the only transporting case we provide for our displays and do not provide or sell any heavy-duty shipping cases. Our Hard Cases are lightweight and portable and are made with that in mind to ensure it is easy to transport and take to your show. Though they are not heavy-duty shipping cases; they are sturdy enough for small travelling and giving your frame extra protection. Hopefully this helps!
