Look good but minor issues
"The printed graphics look great and are crisp, but this was after back-and-forth submissions. They stated I was supposed to use a different template than the one provided on the website due to the printing being done off site and so after that submission with the updated template stated there would be a charge if the next submission was not correct for graphics assistance. I understand not wanting the graphics team to go back and forth multiple times but if I was provided with the correct template the first go around, it would have saved everyone a lot of work and time. Hopefully, everything looked good after the third submission. My advice would be to make sure to do it right the first time to avoid future charges. The TV stand base was crooked; therefore, we had to drill a larger hole for it to even be put together. I am concerned it is going to be difficult every setup. . . Also, please note the podium carrying case is not the most sturdy and hard. This was listed on the description, so it was expected but some other reinforcements are needed if you plan to ship the materials anywhere. Overall, the booth materials will look good, have a good design, and came fairly fast, but not without some hiccups along the way."

- What is the outside diameter of the poles used for the frame of the backdrop and header?

- I’m contemplating buying a touchscreen monitor to make the experience interactive. What is the height of the midpoint of the mount? Want to be sure our staff is tall enough to manage a touchscreen. I am assuming the mount is not vertically adjustable. Please confirm.
