The most challenging aspect was putting on and taking off the cloth backdrop. My booth neighbors started putting together their setup at same time as I did with two people - I finished mine solo first."

"So we are using our tradeshow booth a little differently than intended. We wanted to create an updated set for our weekly news program. - Can the podium support a monitor display on it? If so how large?
- Hi Tim, great question! The hard case/podium is meant to hold up to 30lbs but nothing top heavy. We do not recommend placing a monitor display on your hard case/podium. If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly at info@backdrop.com.
- How easy is the backdrop and podium to set up for just one person? Is it required to have more than one helper to set up?
- One person can set this display up in 10 minutes, it may take a little longer the first time though! It is very simple, as easy as it can be! Put the numbered poles together, pull the graphic over like a pillow case, zip up. For the podium, you first set the poles up between the two shells of the case, then the graphic goes around like a skirt. We recommend checking out the setup instructions on the right hand side of the page and watching the setup video (hit the play button below the main image).
