- Are there measurements for the pop-up podium panels? As in, how far are the side safe areas from the middle & how much room is on each panel?
- Thank you for reaching out! Please ensure that you are using the full PDF template listed underneath the product details to ensure that everything is aligned and sized correctly. You'll need to use Photoshop or Illustrator to create your backdrop design to ensure there aren't any sizing issues. You can add the PDF template to a new layer so you can toggle between the two for the measurements. The width of the podium is about 37" and the depth is about 18". Please note, you'll need to ensure that all important elements still fall within the green safety zone areas just to ensure there isn't any important text or images distorting around the corners of the podium. - Is it possible to order a test swatch of a color on fabric? We're nervous about printing a specific color in our branding as the background color of the backdrop.

- Can an 18" monitor fit in the duffel bag in addition to the backdrop?
- Thanks for reaching out! There will not be room for a monitor in the soft case as there isn't much extra space in there since it's as large as the soft case when packed up. We advise usually purchasing a separate case for monitors as our cases are for transport only but are not heavy duty shipping/transport containers. - How long would it take to setup the backdrop with only one person?
- Great question! The Perfect-Pop - Straight is quite easy to set up as all you need to do is pull the frame apart and then click all the connectors together and lay the fabric on it. Once you are familiar with it, it should take no more than 30 minutes to set up from the moment you take it out of the bag, but it can take some people less time than that.
