Trade Show Booth Design Ideas and Concepts That Drive Sales by Backdrop.com

When it comes to designing your trade show booth, the intention as to what you wish to be the best possible outcome is all that matters. It's not about the lights and padded flooring, it's about "What constitutes a win here for us in the next 4 days while at this event?" If you can lock in on that single most important value, you are more than half way there as your team can now target their attention at a singular idea, converting sales and generating leads, or even better, writing orders, getting comitments and actually taking home purchase orders from this show!

We know how chaotic a trade show can be, and how costly a single event is to exhibit at. Most of us have to travel, often with a team, and come in days in advance to setup for the show, and even stay a day after the show to tear down. It's torture, we get it, which is why it's even more critical than ever that you lock in and get the most out of the event. In this video, we talk about how identifying specific zones can have a huge impact of the outcome of the show, and by zones we mean:

Demo Zone - this is where you want to setup any demonstrations, so that people can touch, feel, and try your products and services.

The Hook Zone - this is where you pull them into the stand, and get them excited about seeing your offer. This can be in the form of a trade show giveaway, or simple visual language in your messaging that generates excitement.

Sales Zone - this is a section in your booth where you can ask for orders, given that you've created value and have generated some sort of scarcity in your offering. Remember that sales 101 is for the buyer to realize that they need this item in their store to generate revenue and drive dollars, meaning your only job is to deliver that value.

We hope you enjo the content, and as always please reach out to our team directly for any of your trade show and backdrop needs at support@backdrop.com.
